The CDT organised a number of events throughout the academic year, to
train the cohorts, exchange knowledge and interact with partners. Some
events were within a cohort and some were across all cohorts. We
worked closely together with with the
STFC CDT on Data-Intensive Science. The main components of the training programme were repeated each
year, to train the new cohort. Additional talks and activities were
added, depending on interest and feedback.
